- 8 CLOVES OF GARLIC CHOPPED
- COOKING OIL
- 1 PIECE OF EGG
- 1/4 CUP OF ALL PURPOSED FLOUR
- FRESH DILL (OPTIONAL) FOR GARNISHING
- TEASPOON OF SALT
- GROUND BLACK PEPPER 1 TEASPOON
HOW TO COOK STIR FRY SHRIMP
Wash thoroughly the shrimp with running water to make sure its clean. Use kitchen tissue to dry the meat.
In a bowl crack the egg and scramble well, place the Flour in saucer and start coating the shrimp. Coat the shrimp from flour then egg and again flour.
Heat the skillet add 3tbalespoon of cooking oil the fry the coated shrimp. wait until the color change. Use strainer to remove excess oil.
Once again heat the pan and add tablespoon of oil then fry the chopped garlic until fragrant and toast the shrimp and add salt and pepper to taste.
Arrange in serving plate then add chopped fresh dill and drizzle over the dish doe optional or chopped spring onion if fresh DILL not available for garnishing.
